Compliant foil gas seal is a non-contact and high-efficiency sealing technology. The dynamic performance of compliant with different structure parameters was analyzed in this paper. These include the diameter, film thickness ratio groove. Compared rigid film, advantage analyzed. stability structures are obtained. results show that larger diameter disadvantage for performance. However, increase length can decrease leakage. Otherwise, improves characteristics leakage rising force dramatically decreasing. While groove around 0.6, best. benefits improvement
